DMCA and Copyright Policy

This website publishes written guides about the Net Mirror streaming application and makes the application's installation file available for download. Those two things — the pages and the file offered here — are within our control, and a valid notice about either will be acted on.

This website does not host, stream, upload, index, or transmit any films, television series, sports broadcasts, live channels, or other media. There is no media library and no player on this site. Any content an application displays after installation comes from sources we neither operate nor select, and we have no technical ability to remove anything from them.

If your complaint concerns media shown inside an application, it has to go to whoever operates the source of that media, because a takedown sent here cannot reach it. If your complaint concerns text, an image, or a file published on this website, we are the right recipient and we will handle it.

Send your notice by email to blogguru7887@gmail.com with 'Copyright Notice' or 'DMCA' in the subject line so it is not lost among general correspondence.

Include every item listed in the next section. A complete notice can be acted on immediately, whereas a vague message — one saying that content has been copied without identifying the page or the original work — cannot be verified, and we will have to write back for the missing details before anything can happen.

If you are reporting the download file rather than a page, say so explicitly and explain what right you hold in it, so the claim can be assessed correctly.

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of a person authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. Where a single notice covers several works, a representative list of those works is sufficient.

Identification of the material you claim is infringing, described precisely enough for us to locate it — the full web address of the page or file on this site, plus a description of the specific text, image, or file at issue.

Contact details we can reply to, including an email address, and a postal address or telephone number where you are able to supply one.

A statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Your notice is read and reviewed as a priority. Where it is complete and the claim is credible, the disputed page, image, or file is removed or disabled promptly while the matter is examined, and you receive confirmation by email.

Where a claim is unclear we may come back to you for clarification, but it will not be ignored. Where material was published here in error, we would rather remove it than argue about it.

A record is kept of the notices received and the action taken on each, so recurring problems can be identified and prevented at the source.

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address. It should identify the removed material and where it appeared before removal, state under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, and include your contact details.

A valid counter-notice will be reviewed and the material may be restored where the objection is well founded.

File carefully. Knowingly submitting a false claim of infringement, or a false counter-notice, can carry legal consequences for the person who submits it. If you are unsure of your rights in the material, take legal advice before filing.

It is our policy to remove material that is the subject of a valid notice and to stop using any source that repeatedly supplies infringing material.

Adverts shown on this site are supplied by third-party advertising networks and are not chosen page by page by us. A copyright complaint about the content of an advert should go to the network responsible for it, though you are welcome to tell us as well so it can be passed on.
